Citizens who reside outside United States and Puerto Rico, are automatically granted two months extension from April 15 deadline. Who should file the form?

  1. If you are a U.S or resident alien.
  2. If you are expected to qualify for foreign earned income exclusive or for foreign housing or exclusion deduction by meeting either the bona fide residence test or the physical presence test but there should be no due of tax.
